Who is Ericka Aguilar? She is a coding and billing performance coach, she has helped dentists across the nation build, grow, and streamline their billing departments to increase collections. She has had the privilege of working with hundreds of dental professionals such as Dentists, Office Managers, and Billers, which allows her to bring a multidisciplinary perspective to her work. She draws from her education of 25 years, hosting coding and billing workshops all over the country, and creating the nation’s first coding and billing curriculum. Her coaching approach is a customized strategy with the goal of helping each office increase collections without creating more stress and work. Ericka is a morning reader, coffee lover, outdoor runner, imperfect momma, and dog lover.
